Message received from Transports Quebec: On January 1, 2009 Québec's new legislation regarding mandatory speed limiters for heavy trucks (maximum speed of 105 km/h, that is, 65 m/h) came into force. Information on this subject is available in English on the website of the Ministère des Transports du Québec (MTQ) : http://www.mtq.gouv.qc.ca/portal/page/portal/entreprises_en/
