Visor cards to help those who are deaf or hard of hearing when pulled over while driving. Created in collaboration with the Vermont Department of Disabilities, Aging & Independent Living, and the Vermont State Police. These are available in any of our offices. Used when converting a license from out of state and the physical license is not available to surrender.

Used to make changes (name change, address change, etc), get a new picture, remove a restriction (eye glass) or to replace a lost or stolen license or learner permit. For CDL use form VL-031.

Explains Vermont law which grants active duty military, and their immediate family, stationed out of state an extension on their license.
