Carriers and trucks drivers who use A-20 for East-West trips in the Notre-Dame-du-Bon-Conseil (Drummondville) area

16 September 2019

This message is addressed to carriers and trucks drivers who use A-20 for East-West trips in the Notre-Dame-du-Bon-Conseil (Drummondville) area. Be cause an incident affected an overpass earlier this week, westbound traffic is detoured through the eastbound lane for an indefinite period.

Also, all oversized (4.5 meters wide or more) vehicles cannot use this section of A-20 and must use A-40 for the same period.

It is reminded to carriers and drivers that clearance under the 9e rang-Wendover overpass (A-20 - km 191) is limited to 4.4 meters of height.

Long Combination Vehicles (LCVs) will not be allowed to use this section of A-20 between Saturday 14th 20h00 – 24h00. They must use A-40.

The Ministère’s 511 provide further information, including the register of height clearance under each structure.

We would appreciate if you could circulate this notice through your networks.
