On 07/18/2023 at approximtely 0736 hours, Inspectors with Department of Motor-vehicle (DMV) were dispatched to 3369 VT Route 12 in Berlin VT for a rolled over dump truck with no injuries and downed power lines.
Upon arrival, DMV Inspectors conducted a crash investigation and inspected the vehicle. The vehicle was over turned and towed due to disabling damage by Charlebois Towing Service. Also responding to the scene was Green Mountain Power, Berlin Police Department, and Berlin Fire Department.
Crash remains under investigation.
