Overview

The Motor Vehicle Branch Operations Manager oversees DMV offices throughout the State of Vermont, including supervising direct reports that oversee customer-facing transactions teams responsible for licenses and registrations and skills testing. The manager is responsible for the finances of the locations. Collaborative teamwork with other units/supervisors/vendors is required on a daily basis and the incumbent must have strong interpersonal skills via both verbal and written communications. Travel throughout the state is required. Candidates must be open-minded to modernization for the future development and growth of the department.
