The Motor Vehicle Call Center Agent I position will provide prompt, accurate information via phone, email, fax, and postal mail in a fast-paced call center environment. The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to effectively communicate by any avenue to customers who may be extremely confused and/or upset while trying to complete their DMV transaction(s) or reinstate their driving privileges. Ideally, the incumbent will have the ability to learn quickly, adapt to changes (fees, forms, supporting document requirements), and have excellent computer skills as this position requires navigating multiple databases.
