Important criteria to note when issuing time extension waivers is that for a vehicle to be eligible for the waiver, the vehicle must not have received a time extension waiver for the preceding inspection cycle. In other words, no consecutive waivers will be issued.

The Division has three sections, the Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Section, the Investigative Section, and the Administrative Support Section.
