The Direct Client Service Specialist I will work with customers and members of the public regarding suspensions and reinstatements.

The Specialist does not typically have direct customer contact. Duties may include processing reinstatements and various reports such as driving records, accident reports, voluntary surrender of a license, suspensions, compliances, and reinstatements through the Ignition Interlock program.
