Overview

This is a training-oriented position. The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is seeking an individual to conduct staff development and training work at a professional level. This position will focus on identifying, developing, and coordinating training that supports various DMV units. Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, working knowledge of adult learning techniques, and innovative thinking.

This position will require occasional travel to other offices. It is not a remote position. It is currently based out of Barre City Place and has frequent work at the Montpelier DMV.

This position will move to Montpelier in 2026. The hours are Monday through Friday, 7:45 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional overtime.
