Dealer Bulletin 25-1 | Business Services Unit - Dealer Inspector Regions
The Business Services Unit is a newly formed section within the Enforcement & Safety Division of the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). Through reorganization efforts, a dedicated dealer processing unit was created to process dealer transaction and dedicated Dealer Field Inspectors were navigated to create a robust Dealer Services Program.
This newly formed Dealer Services Program’s key mission and directive is to provide outstanding customer service, support, and guidance to dealership staff, automobile consumers/purchasers, and industry partners. By directing internal and external sources to one program group will allow for efficiency and reduce duplication of efforts in reviewing and determining responses.
- For all dealer processing questions, you can contact (802) 828-1443
- For all dealer business or licensing needs you can contact (802) 828-2038
- The dealer inspector region map will identify your area Field Inspector, unit supervisor, and their contact information.
- A copy of this map is available HERE, and we are in production on the creation of an interactive version.
