LOCATION OF EVENT(S): Vermont Route 15, Walden
SUMMARY: The DMV Commercial Motor Vehicle inspection team responded to a single vehicle crash in Walden. A tractor trailer unit was found to have left the roadway during inclement weather and crashed. The commercial motor vehicle was partially blocking Vermont Route 15, and the roadway was reduced to one lane for several hours while the tractor trailer was removed from the roadway. The operator, Adil Kazhibayev, 52, of Naperville, IL, was not injured in the crash. The cause of the crash was due to Kazhibayev driving too fast for the existing road conditions.
