Overview

The Motor Vehicle Mobile Unit Coordinator position is responsible for supervising customer service representatives at the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) in Montpelier. The incumbent will supervise, hire, train, assign, and evaluate the work of employees in addition to administering licensing/registration application services. When working with licensing/registration applications, the incumbent may need to provide assistance and review documentation to verify the information. The Coordinator will receive requests and complaints and must take substantive action to resolve or alleviate problems. This position will be in constant contact with the public and must support a positive environment within the Unit.
