The Motor Vehicle Branch Operations Manager oversees DMV offices throughout the State of Vermont, which includes supervising direct reports that oversee customer-facing transactions teams responsible for licenses and registrations, along with skills testing.

Candidates should be able to work independently and make informed decisions. Attention to detail is critical. The ability to process large sums of money and excellent customer service skills are required for this position.
This position is charged with direct oversight of the Commercial Motor Vehicle Operations (CVO) Unit, the Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Unit and the Departments Training, Development and Tiger Team Unit.
