Vermont number plates assigned to the vehicles that the Motor Vehicle Inspectors have driven over the years has changed on many occasions. As the motorcycles driven by the Inspectors were their own personal vehicles, the number plates on those early motorcycles were varied.
Last week, AAMVA's Test Maintenance Subcommittee, IDEC Board members and jurisdiction volunteers gathered at the New Hampshire Department of Public Safety (NH DPS) to implement phase two of the CDL Skills Test System Modernization initiative.
Vermont Motor Vehicle Inspectors were responsible for administration and enforcement of aeronautic laws. They also conducted post crash investigations when an airplane was involved. Motor Vehicle Inspectors would complete the paperwork needed to suspend the licenses of pilots who were convicted of driving while under the influence
