Station Registration

Are you interested in opening an inspection station? If so, please do the following:

Click on STATION REGISTRATION tab
- Fill in the fields with your information
- Once completed and you hit submit, you will be issued with inspection station number.
After you have registered, click on FORMS tab
- Complete the Inspection Station Application (VN-016)
  - Remember to write the inspection station number provided in registration in the appropriate box.
  - Print the form and sign it
- Print the Zoning Compliance Certification (VD-165)
  - Have your zoning commission complete the form for approval
- Complete the Request for Criminal Record Check
  - Print the form and sign it
Mail completed forms to: VT Department of Motor Vehicles - Inspection Clerk, 120 State St., Montpelier, VT 05603.
